Backyard farming classes include: Basic Beekeeping and Chicken Tending

The computer-aided drafting course introduces students to the basic concepts of AutoCAD. You will become familiar with the workspace, fundamentals, and principles of design.

Cattle classes include: Artificial Insemination (AI) and Pond Management

Business startup classes include Building a Business Plan and Business Basics.
INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE CERTIFICATION
Classes include DC Electricity & Electronics, AC Electricity & Electronics, Industrial Motor Control, Programmable Control, Variable Frequency Drives, Hydraulics & Pneumatics, and Bearings, Pumps, & Lubes.
LANDSCAPE & GARDENING
Classes include gardening, Floral Design, and Landscape Planning
MACHINE TOOL CERTIFICATION
The Machine Tool Certification class includes Blueprint Reading, Intro to CNC Operation & Programming, Intro to Machine Tool, and Manual Machines & Shop Safety.
MEAT PROCESSING
Meat Processing classes include Deer Processing and Wild Country Boot Camp.
