You can submit the form by email or print, sign and return it to Central Tech or your school counselor. Submission of your application does not guarantee enrollment.

Adult Application

Thank you for your interest in Central Tech. Please carefully read the following terms:

To apply for enrollment in a full-time program, you'll complete a fillable pdf application that you can save to your computer once you've clicked on the below button to agree to these terms. You can submit the form by email or print, sign and return it to Central Tech.

A copy of one of the following will be required to complete your application:

• An official high school transcript showing graduation from high school
• An official college transcript, or
• An official GED diploma or transcript.

If you do not have a high school diploma or GED, you must meet one of the "ability to benefit" requirements and be enrolled in an academic upgrade or GED prep program in order to be eligible to enroll in a Central Tech program. The "ability to benefit" criteria are:

• ACT - A minimum score of 18 in reading and 18 in math will exempt you from the TABE
• College Evidence - of completing 60 or more college hours with at least a 2.0 grade point average
• Accuplacer - The Accuplacer is available through Central Tech. To schedule to take this test, please call (918) 352-2551, ext. 206. There is a $35 fee that must be paid BEFORE you take this test. The TABE (Test of Adult Basic Education) may also be administered to assist in recommending the most appropriate placement in an individual technical program.

You will be notified by a career advisor upon receipt of your application to set up TABE testing and/or interview for enrollment.
