One of the benefits of our incubator is the graduated rental rates for office and light manufacturing space. Since rental rates begin significantly below market rate, the cost of occupancy gradually increases, as your business matures and grows, allowing you to manage your cash flow more effectively. Additionally, tenants of our certified incubator facilities are exempt from state tax liability on income earned as a result of occupancy for up to ten years.

A business development group serves as a board of advisors for our incubator space.
Many police officers begin their career as a dispatcher or working in jails since they can start work at 18 years old. Detention officers for correction centers are in high demand with an average starting salary of $17 an hour.
