An organized family in Tulsa is looking for a nurturing, educated, and structured nanny for their two children. It is important for the family that the nanny shows kindness and gentleness to the children. The family is looking for someone that has extensive experience with newborns and can implement and follow a developmentally appropriate routine. CPR and First Aid is required along with previous newborn care experience. Preference is given to those who’ve also taken courses on this subject. Punctuality and reliability are nonnegotiable for the family. They are entrepreneurial and work both in and out of the home. They need someone who can do camp drop off and pick-ups for the 8-year-old and care for the 8-week-old during the day. When the infant is napping, they would love the nanny to be playful, creative and engaging with the 8-year-old. The family doesn’t do hardly any screen time with the 8-year-old. Hence, someone outgoing, creative, energetic, interactive, and playful is imperative to engage the older child. Their ideal nanny walks in purpose and knows her schedule well. A nanny that communicates effectively is imperative.

The family prefers someone with at least 3 years of experience. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Benefits include major holidays off and mileage reimbursement (paid for travel at work for work purposes). This position is needed by June.

Our Non-Negotiables:

At least 2 years of paid & professional (non-familial) childcare experience
At least 3 professional references and 2 character references
A High School Diploma
Valid transportation and insured vehicle
Non-Smoker
Able to commit to at least 1 year of employment
CPR & First Aid Certification (or a willingness to obtain it prior to hire)
The desire to continually learn and grow
Someone who communicates well
Emotional intelligence
A high degree of professional aptitude in the workplace
