The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

Since 1970, Central Technology Center has been serving Creek, Lincoln, Osage, Pawnee and Payne counties by providing hands-on technical education opportunities for high school students, adults and area businesses. Today, the technology center serves more than 23,000 enrollments and provides customized business and industry training to more than 400 area businesses.
