It was pediatrics day in Medical Assisting on the Drumright campus. Students get hands-on training, using the skills they have learned during their pediatric theory. They take vital signs, observe development stages, plot the info on the growth charts, and interact with all ages. Fun for all ages!

Surg Tech, Cosmetology, and Medical Assisting students volunteered to set up in OKC at Scissortail Park for the Walk To End Alzheimers. They arrived at 4:30am in order to start at 6am. It was a great time and experience for all involved and turn out was impressive.

Put me in coach! Medical Front Office and Medical Assisting students on the Sapulpa campus are in a ‘Med Terms’ baseball tournament ⚾️
3 teams: Powderpuff Girls, Smurfs, and Hey Koolaid
Hey Koolaid played the Smurfs. In three innings of play Hey Koolaid came out on top beating the Smurfs 5-3 final score.
We had one student from the Smurfs team steal 3rd base by knowing the definition of the term -rrhexis which both the batter and pitching team did not know.
The Powderpuff Girls will be playing Smurfs tomorrow (Sept 23). The winner of this game will play in the championship with Hey Koolaid next week.
Who do you think will be the 2022 champs?
