Homemade Food Sales (HB1032)

Learn from the program coordinator for the Homemade Food Freedom Act what the new law allows Oklahomans to create and sell from their own kitchen.

The Oklahoma Home Bakery Act of 2013 made it legal to prepare baked goods in an uninspected home kitchen and sell the goods from the homeowner’s premises. As of November 1, 2021, Oklahomans are now allowed to sell homemade food products that do not contain any meat, poultry, seafood, meat by-products, unpasteurized milk, cannabis, marijuana, or is an alcoholic beverage up to $75,000 each year.
